Amazon Channel Connector Broken

Let’s follow some simple steps to resolve Amazon Broken Connector Issue due to invalid / incorrect credentials

If the channel connector is broken, you may access your Uniware account in “Incognito Browser”.

 

    1. In the Uniware Menu > Settings > Channels > Search for the Amazon Channel.

 

    1. In the Channels tab, you may see the ‘Connector Status’ of your Amazon Channel.

      Note:- The Red (i) button indicates that the Connector of the particular channel is broken. It means you need to reconfigure the Channel connector.
    2. Click on ‘Reconfigure’ and update the Seller Panel credentials. After this, click on Connect and an OTP will be shared on the Authenticator application.Here is an image showing the, already configured, Two-Step Verification Settings on Amazon Seller Panel. This is a step which needs to be configured before this process, in order to receive the OTP on the Authenticator application.

 

  1. Once you have entered the OTP, click on Submit and the connectors will be fixed.
