A: On the path Products > Listings, you can see the demarcation for sync enabled and sync disabled products.
The products and respective channels which have been successfully synced from the catalog are kept under‘Sync enabled’, while, those which could not be synced after repeated attempts are populated in ‘Sync disabled’.
Please notice that Sync Enabled products are Live and Synced from catalog.
On the other hand, the Sync Disabled products can either be live with disabled flag set or are not live.If the product sync throws an error and is unable to sync from the product catalog after 5 attempts, its disabled flag is set and such an item moves under the heading of ‘Sync disabled’.
